Step Three Construction have been commissioned to carry out the contract for the build of a stunning contemporary single-storey new build house, located in Benenden, Kent.
The finished structure will feature a flat roof with a stunning glass skylight allowing sun to flood the space. The design also features a Kent Ragstone chimney breast, which has been sourced locally, as have other materials on this build.
Other features include a curved retaining wall to the front of the property that provides entrance to the adjacent garage and also floor to ceiling windows to bring in natural light.
