Project Overview

Designed with Farrells, this eco house is stepped into a hillside with views across the Kent High Weald, located in Goudhurst. The planned construction is for a 5 bed family home with NPPF para 55 exceptional design quality and innovation. Step Three have started construction and a significant innovation in the build is the first installation of innovative Cemfree concrete in a landmark residential building.

CemFree concrete is a zero-cement structural concrete solution for today's construction industry. The material itself produces an ultra-low carbon alternative to concrete mix designs that traditionally use Portland cement.

We are very excited to be a part of this innovative project and we openly promote the usage of eco-friendly materials.
