Project Overview

We have been commissioned to demolish a conservatory to the rear of an existing building situated Leigh, near Tonbridge in Kent.

The project involves the construction a new oak framed garden room, complete with aluminium bi-fold glass doors and complimented by a feature roof lantern, that will provide excellent light into the space.

The exposed oak frame will incorporate modern LED lighting to showcase the beautiful sustainable materials blending modern aesthetics with traditional finishes. Internally, the new garden room will also feature a tiled floor with a modern water fed underfloor heating system with electronic control matrix.

This new space has been designed in such a way that it takes full advantage of it's stunning external surroundings by bringing the garden and the overlooking countryside inside. The purpose of this garden room was so that the client could use it as an entertaining space and also as relaxing area for the family, so we will also be adding a new AV system, which will be perfect for reading, studying or watching a late night movie.

We will also be up-cycling the existing wood store to create a new one, completely in keeping with the existing style.

The whole project will be tied nicely together with a blend of new and old landscaping creating a wonderful space complimentary of the classic Kentish surroundings.

If you are planning an extension or are considering the addition of a garden room and would like to speak with us about your upcoming project please speak to our friendly team.
