Project Overview

Step Three were commissioned by Southborough based developer JVIP to construct two luxury five bedroom detached new-build houses in Speldhurst, near Tunbridge Wells in Kent.

Although the design was supplied by JVIP’s architect, it was our job to utilise our trusted network of suppliers to enable us to provide a ‘one-stop-shop’ approach, whilst always maintaining the excellent level of finish we have become known to consistently deliver.

Project management of the build for both plots
Provide a complete build solution for all exterior and interior works
Installation of AV and CCTV
Build both double garages
Landscaping & driveway

The construction of both houses utilised the modern technique of pre-fabricated timber frames, which were supplied in this case by Canterbury based Harmony Timber.

The use of timber frame on this project enabled us to not only build quicker, but this method of construction also comes with many other benefits.
